These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Curb Appeal Doctor website (the "Website") and the services offered by Curb Appeal Doctor (the "Company"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

The Company provides a variety of services related to painting and pressure washing, including but not limited to:

• Garage door painting
• Driveway pressure washing
• Walkway pressure washing

2. Estimates and Quotes

The Company offers free consultations and quotes for all services. Quotes are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issuance.

3. Project Acceptance and Payment

• To confirm a project, the customer must sign a Service Agreement outlining the scope of work, estimated timeline, and final cost.
• A deposit of 25% of the total project cost is due upon signing the Service Agreement.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and customer satisfaction.
• The Company accepts payment by cash or card (credit or debit). A convenience fee may apply for card payments..

4. Cancellations and Changes

• The customer may cancel a project before work begins but will forfeit their deposit to cover administrative costs and materials already purchased..
• If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the customer will be responsible for the cost of labor and materials used up to that point.
• Any changes to the scope of work after the Service Agreement is signed must be agreed upon in writing by both the Company and the customer.

5. Warranty

The Company warrants its work against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year(s) from the date of completion. This warranty covers peeling, cracking, and blistering of the paint.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by the customer or a third party
• Damage caused by improper maintenance
• Damage caused by extreme weather conditions

6. Disclaimer

The Company uses its best effort to provide accurate information on the Website. However, the Company makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Website or the Company's services.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

The Company may terminate your access to the Website for any reason, at any time, without notice.
